Terri Spencer
Owner-Operator | NADOI-Certified Instructor| Groomer
Terri joined the Paws Town family in 2018, became a co-owner in 2019 and became sole owner in May of 2024. Her love for animals, dog behavior and training started when she was just a small child. She has been a professional dog trainer for 18 years.
Terri is the only dog trainer in the area who is certified by the National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors (NADOI). She has also served on the board of NADOI as a director and then as vice president. In 2026, she completed a professional continuing education certificate in Applied Animal Behavior through the University of Washington. Terri's passion is dog behavior with a special interest in the rehabilitation of fearful and feral dogs.
Terri also loves to work with the community by fostering and volunteering for SparKy Rescue, assisting with the training and certification of therapy dog teams, and assisting in the training of service dog teams. For Terri, pet care is not just a career, it is a lifestyle.
Hannah Cummings
Manager in Training
Hannah is brand new to our team and learning the ropes of how to serve our clients (furry and otherwise) the PT way! We have been blow away by Hannah's positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our pets and our people. We know you are going to love Hannah too!
Joelson Carrico
Shift Lead
Joelson joined the Paws Town Team in 2021. His work ethic, compassion for animals, and customer service skills make him a valued member of the PT family. Joelson also assists with tasks outside of the normal day-to-day, including helping us maintain the facility and coming up with new ways to enrich our pets' environments.
